Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have a critical role to play in delivering climate-resilient infrastructure, particularly for long-term regional transport investments exposed to growing climate risks. This report, Technical Guidelines for Climate-Informed Public-Private Partnerships along the Abidjan - Lagos Corridor, developed by the Global Center on Adaptation through the Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program (AAAP), provides a detailed analysis of climate risks and practical adaptation options to support governments and financial partners in developing climate-informed PPPs throughout the design and implementation phases. The report explores how resilience measures, including their costs and benefits, can be integrated into PPP frameworks and technical specifications over the project lifecycle.
