Event description:

The 1st edition of the Masterclass on Climate-Resilient Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) took place from 13th to 17th September 2021. The objective of the Masterclass is to build capacity of PPP practitioners to become leaders in integrating climate adaptation and resilience into infrastructure PPPs. This week-long event involved the participation of 46 global PPP practitioners and over 15 experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities to integrate resilience into PPPs. All the sessions of the Masterclass were recorded and are available for practitioners below.

Participants were certified as Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Officers (CRIOs) and form a network of professionals that will implement these concepts to structure infrastructure projects in their own country context.

The Masterclass is part of GCA’s Knowledge Module on PPPs for Climate-Resilient Infrastructure. PPP practitioners globally can access a Handbook available as a public good, a self-paced Online Course and a Certification Exam by APMG. More information on the Knowledge Module is available here
