At COP30, GCA launched the Global Youth Recommendations on Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs), reflecting the outcomes of youth consultations in 90 countries.

From Asia to Africa, from Europe to the Americas, young people are united in their call for better adaptation financing, stronger inclusion in decision-making, and more effective pathways to a resilient and just future. Their voices reveal what works, what’s missing, and what must change to meet the urgency of this moment.
