This exemplar presents a case study approach to analyse the structure, delivery, and sustainability of Digital Climate Advisory Services (DCAS) in Ethiopia. The approach enabled a comprehensive examination of advisory delivery models, inclusion and access dynamics, gender considerations, institutional arrangements, financing mechanisms, and policy frameworks shaping the development and scaling of DCAS.
