This report presents the outcomes of five Regional Youth Adaptation Forums and five Regional African Youth Consultations on Adaptation, which brought together over 6,500 young people in 137 countries in 2023. It presents the #Youth4Adaptation Communique, with young people’s recommendations to global leaders for the adaptation agenda.

The report follows the publication Youth Engagement with the Global Goal on Adaptation launched at COP27, which presents the views of over 3,200 young people from over 100 countries on the Global Goal on Adaptation, the world’s first collective commitment on adaptation.
