GCA provides sub-grants to various implementing partners across the globe. In line with its commitment to strong financial stewardship, transparency, accountability, and the integrity of financial management, GCA seeks to engage qualified external audit firms under a framework agreement for conducting financial audits, assurance services, and advisory engagements for its sub-grant partners in countries where sub-grants are located, in Africa.
