GCA at COP28
A s we gather for COP28, which concludes the first Global Stocktake of the Paris Agreement, the costs from underinvestment in adaptation have become painfully clear. With our warming planet hurtling towards the Paris Accord’s critical 1.5ºC target in the coming decade, it is also a race against the clock to build a climate-resilient world.
Climate adaptation and the communities most in need of resilience must be at the center of the global talks in Dubai.
